At Vellarissa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issue with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and unworn;

Returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and components;

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support team for return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs
If you decide to return an item because you no longer want it, changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or are otherwise dissatisfied for personal reasons, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives:

defective;

missing parts;

not functioning properly; or

you receive the wrong item,

Once our team verifies the issue, we will, at our sole discretion:

There will be no cost to the customer for approved claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Personalized or custom-made products;

Gift cards;

Digital products;

Perishable goods;

Health and personal care items once opened;

Products damaged through misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, please return the eligible item following our return procedure and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders delivered within the European Union, consumers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.
To qualify, the product must be returned:

in its original condition;

with original packaging;

including all accessories and documentation.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
This statutory right does not apply to products exempt under applicable consumer protection laws, including personalized goods and certain hygiene-related items.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your financial institution or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
